We have been asked to submit passports in India either to the high commission or through VFS. Any one know if there will be a processin fee from VFS if we submit it their , cause I know if everything is right we will get the pp back in 7-10 days

yes it is about 1500RS per person plus additional about 350 for courier services in case you want passport to be returned via courier instead of in person.

Thank You Kandel, just saw your post above. Also for calling me dear friend. I became emotional as I do not have any relative and just one friend here in Canada. My fiance is French and so we have cultural differences and its going to take years till we finally understand each other . This Forum was like a second family to me where everyone understands each other and even though I have not been interacting much here but have been following it every day.

Congratulation Saini and yes this time of the year it tough for parents to come to canada as winter is starting -My parents Visa expired as on 7th May 2013 (date of their medical) they will be here end of march .I dont think that will going to cause any issue .

Thanks CanOCan. As soon as they get Visa, I am going to book ticket for end of March for them. From which city your parents are coming? Mine are in Delhi.

Hey starzibal .. Yeaa maybe you are right. Lets c when we hear fron Isl Lvo next :-$.. Hope to hear fron them soon.. Next step in you case is file transfer,ur file should get transferred in 2-3 months i beleive,after looking at the trend. But best wishes to u .. Hope all the 2008 and 2009 cases are processes as soon as posible in sha Allah ..

i submitted my documents in may and file was transfer to isb on 18th october. so just pray afterwards i am just waiting
