I would send a fax to mississauga that you have received an email from CPP-O and you have already emailed them the copy of receipt. Sending a letter by mail would take ages to be opened by CPC-M

Today I got a an message from Ottawa to pay Right of Permanent Residence Fee but I already paid this fee ($490.00) since December 2011 and sent it to CPC-Mississauga with whole package.

Oh.. that was unfortunate.. I would suggest to email receipt to CPP-O, CPP-M and fax CPP-O explaining that you have already submitted with additional docs and attach a copy of receipt.

So he just emailed them telling them he paid and to his surprise, they emailed him back within a week or two saying that his payment has been confirmed.

visa office .. cpp ottawa
medical requested... 20 april 2012
medical done ... 30 april 2012 [in lahore pakistan and sent to new delhi]
in july 2012 status changed from app recieved to in process

today his mp inquired and he was told cpp ottawa still waiting for his parents medical .so strange guys its been 6 months no reminder from cpp ottawa for the medical again ....

any suggestion plz thanks...

he can order GCMS notes - might give some info...

he can contact the doctor who did medicals and confirm if the medicals were sent and if any additional tests were requested... may be the doctor can contact the medical office and verify if medicals were received... or re-send the medicals... or re-do the medicals and send them again...
