Thanks a lot Dancu for the personal messages. I am same person from another forum.
I tried to send you a personal message but I got an error: "An Error Has Occurred! You are not allowed to send personal messages. "

I think sometimes the website has temporary problems and then you receive that error message -- I also received it once and after a couple of hours it worked to send personal messages.

Congratulations nabha :)

@ Andrei T
you need atleast 10 posts on this forum before you could send a personal message.

Can anybody access to sponsor our parents website? It doesn't work for me :-[

Well update is...went for $200 respitory test yesterday, doctor listened to lungs, confirmed that the x-ray showed scaring which is down to operation 55 years ago, x-ray explained and cleared, just need to do sputum test which is required by immigration - all good..not so quickly, just before we were ready to leave, doc then says to do another x-ray in 3 months then come back and see him directly 10 days after (guess a further $200 for 20 mins) I explain that my mum goes home end of October so that won't be possible - he says just get it done when she comes back!! When I question why another x-ray is needed he just said immigration requires it. I walked out very confused and sent immigration an email this morning for clarification as it all sounded strange to me. My mums scar will still show on a x-ray in 3 months, 3 years, 30 years time?

Oh my :-( Just what I was afraid of... I do know some people who had to do those multiple x-rays for visitor visa too (parents of a friend, back in their home country). They applied for a visitor visa back home, were asked to go through medical and because of those lung spots on xray they were asked to do the sputum test and another xray 3 months later...But they were still home so did all that in the same country (home). BUt of course their trip had to be rescheduled because fo that delay

Did the doctor by any chance mentioned an option of providing another x-ray frmo the past? I think I read somewhere online that someone did that but can not recall which forum. My dad actually has some relatively recent xrays with him (from his physica earlier in teh year and some prior years - he keeps those). I am wonderign if that might help (if htey want to see 'no change' or somethign like that)

One more question: what did this $200 fee include? Is it doctor's visit fee (a specialist or the same DMP you initially went to?) DOes this fee include x-ray or just the 'talking to the doctor' part? I know the costs will vary from region to region and doctor but just want to get an idea (to be mentally prepared :-) )

Hi Maplecan welcome :-)
You will receive an approval letter within few months.
Which will tell you about ur file either it is going to LVO or staying at CPP-O.

Got my GCMS Notes, learnt few things from the last one

Most Important:
Received my PCC which I had mailed in Aug, as Canada Post is still investigating as I have no Confirmation
They sent me AOR on June 6, but I never got it since they inserted wrong email so it says It their undeliverable email pasted and I emailed them to correct it, and comment is 'correct in GCMS notes'
Showed me as Rep and my address

Meds: Not Started
Criminality etc is all 0 ( not sure what that is )
Open

Anything else I should be looking at?
