i am thinking that the parents file with no dependent will get medical from new delhi in coming days either by e-mail or mail.i am quite shore about it bcoz i done some researher work on file i saw that there are only 141 person application recieved between 1 jan 2012 -8 april 2012 in ND-LVO.SO ALL THOSE ARE GETTING LETTER FOR MEDICALS.I JUST SAW ON OTHER FORUM THE MEMBER GANKU GOT MEDICAL TODAY BY E-MAIL SAME LIKE ANIK ON THIS FORUM SO KEEP CHECK YOUR E-MAIL.

Hi gaggi, does it say that 141 applications that were recvd between jan 2012-april 2012 are only for parents with no dependents....as my file was transferred in jan 2012 but i hav dependents with my parents....also made case inquery, it's been almost 2 mnths but no reply yet.....

I was away for last couple of weeks, read all posts today.....so nice to see dat ppl have got visas n ppr...many congrats to all who rcvd visas or ppr and good luck to all of us who are waiting.....

I just check the ECAS today and realize that there are two address sections for my parents. One is Current mailing address which is address in India where my parents lives and other section is your current home address and it says Cambridge, Ontario Canada that is the city where we live. My ECAS status is Decision Made. Does that mean its just matter of days before my parents receiving passports with visa stamped?

It is combine parents and dependant files but you know that cic transfer few number of parents file to lvo office . So know they are picking only parents files hope we all will get medical soon

Hi frnd this generally happen to all spouse catogary applicant before visa issue u will get the passport from new delhi in 2 week from the decision made congrats once again u should not worry just do shopping

One thing more 141 is the persons and number of cases are 39 between 1 jan 2012 to 8 april 2012 in new delhi. Next 3 month data will be coming in first week of october so that will give more information about the inventory in new delhi

I looks soo many people disscussing here that CIC-ND preferring only Parrents file with no dependents.....But i m Dependent with my mother...

And problem is that...i recently complete my graduation here...If LVO-ND takes more time for reviewing my file.......Can i apply for Student Visa...???? bcoz i dnt wanna wasting time....for irritating waiting...that i m doing frm last 5 years....
any here who gives me right advice......

Same boat, only parents though. Just wait, student visa is another hassle - not so easy, I actually came on student visa 12 yrs ago

same here.. but looking at things going on..i think we will get visa soon.. try to order caips notes..
they will give detailed info about your application if anything is missing..
applying for student visa at this time would be a waste of time and money..thats what i say..

I origionally applied July 2008, I only received request to update info. on April 02 2012, They received my addational information on May 23rd, they sent me "application complete letter" dated july 4th, no further update from CIC, ecas still showing application received...

I'm also waiting for passport request since I saw "Decision Made" on August 4th. I believe also Mockava and Northclare are waiting as well. However there are several other people who got passport request (some were with "Decision Made", others were "In Process" on E-Cas).

Hopefully soon we'll all receive the PR visa. I'll let know when I receive the passport request - please do the same.
