Good News.... My parents just received the passport back with visa stamped.... Visa was stamped with effective date of 09/17/2012. Visa is valid through 08/21/2013. Good luck to allof you.. ND LVO is moving fast now.. It took 8 months from transfer to ND LVO... so for people with no dependents...
