I asked my MP's office to enquire to CIC as I still haven't heard anything since ECAS changed to 'Decision Made' on PR Application.

CIC told MP's office that a positive decision has been made and that a COPR will be issued "usually in a matter of weeks". They could not provide any details on exactly how this would happen, what the next steps are or where a passport request would come from. At least I know my parents are approved and we can start detailed planning for their move.

Congrats, we have movement and folks are getting to closer. I hope this day arrives soon for everybody.

Its hard to tell how much time for the cases with dependents under LVO ND. I have not seen any case (First batch from November 2011) under LVO ND where PCC and medical request has been received up to now . Once we see a example, then we can come up with time frame.

Thanx dear....hp everythin goes well....

I have fixed the spreadsheet.

Is that why my number on the spreadsheet keeps changing? I thought it had been done in order of application. I keep on having to search for where mine is in the list. Thanks for your efforts BTW ,this is not a criticism.

If they have British passports they won't be asked to send for stamping. They will get a letter with visa approval then passport will be stamped on landing. We asked our lawyer that specific question as we are in Canada now and didn't want to be without passports for our return to the UK in September . They said that we are not required to submit passports. It may be to do with not needing a visa to visit. Robin Andy on Trackitt.com got the visa for his mother a couple of months ago and she did not have to send her passport.

Yeah you can't go by numbers..you gotta look for your name everytime. but its not new number evrytime..its either this or that for example you are no.53 now next time no.92 your name can go two three numbers up or down but wont go too far...hope it helps
