No i am still waiting . Keep in touch so that we can know how much time they will take for approval my local visa office is delhi. I am in same age as your brother age i was 20 when my sister apply now my age is 24 . I fill type b dependant bcoz in intruction on im0008 it was said to write the current age .but i know my age is lock in bcoz at time of intiall apply in 2008 i am in type A dependant

My sister was 19 when I put file and now she is 23 ...I also put type A in initial application but put type B in PR application. Now you say the age is locked at the time of initial application that means we do not need to show continuous study ???

i was getting impatient so i called CIC everyday LOL..
i just got off the phone with them. i have been approved as sponsor. they sent out a letter just yesterday. not sure where my file will go but the agent thinks most likely LVO..

No medical,Even no AOR from local visa office for set-Dec 2007 people.I believe local visa office has to clear backlog to start processing those file.
Those who are waiting for CPP-M response, Cross the fingure if you are luck enough to get the file transfer to ottawa.

CIC-M stopped processing the files after Sept 2011. So how many files should be in the local visa office after Aug 2011. I am asking just to have an idea about the processing of our files whose cases have been moved to local VO.

My case has been one of the weird one, I have not got any letter in the mail since starting of additional doc process.
Got email in Jan that my file from 2007 has been received.
Got email in Jan again that they need option C printout.
Got email in March for reminder of Option C printout
Got email in April (pdf attachment) that sponsorship approved, file moved to CPC-O

All my correspondence from CIC has been via email as I indicated that that was preferred in my application.
My current ecas status says application received February 9, 2009 for step 2 of the process. No change to that even though medicals have been completed and received by CIC.

No one on this forum has received yet had a decision made regarding permanent residency through CPP-O, so we do not not the processing time. CPP-O indicates that it may be up to a year after file transfer, but until people start getting decisions made and visas issued we won't know for sure
