Hi Everyone

I have a question, if someone can help, I would really appreciate. My mom whom I am sponsoring her has just sent me the additional documents requested by CIC yesterday. I discovered that the stamp of the translator office (and this office is a well known certified translator office back home)who did for her the translation of the PCC and the National ID was saying :"Accurate True Translation" instead of "Certified True Translation", will anyone tell me if that would cause a problem by CIC to accept it, or not??

Should I become a Rep!

I e-mailed Ottawa to change my mom's foreign address, even though my mom is in Canada.

Well Ottawa updated and sent me this e-mail:

"Updated.

If you are representing your mother, please provide an original signed Form IMM5476."

Now is there an obligation to provide imm5476. Or it's just a good idea to be a rep.

P.S - On Form IMM5476, wht should i put as "Name of Office where application was submitted" (Mississauga/Ottawa/New Delhi)
I am waiting for medical request from ottawa.

Fixed for now. Some members or viewers keep unfreezing the headers which causes the problems or they are sorting incorrectly.

If any one wants to sort the spreadsheet according to a partcular column - please just right click on the top of column (where it says column A, B, C and so on) and click sort A-Z or Z-A)

I got email today for medical and PCC request from ottawa .... hopefully, you guys will get this week as yours timeline is same as mine.

Can anybody who already did their parents medical guide me where ( new delhi or ottawa) should my parents send medical reports.In a email it says

Your examining doctor will send your X-ray and results to the usual medical review office responsible for their territory.



should my parents specifically ask medical doctor to send reports to ottawa for faster process ?

i submitted the documents on jan 30 -- and its tranfered to Islamabad.
