Proof of Relationship to Sponsor in Canada

Documents Enclosed:
1) Our Son ( Sponsors ) Birth Registry
2) Our Son ( Sponsors ) previous Indian Passports showing name of Parents
3) Our Son ( Sponsors ) Overseas Registration of India Certificate, showing name of Parents
4) Our Memorandum of Marriage

In addition, since me and my wife were born in British India, before 1947 (now Karachi, Pakistan), they didn’t provide birth registrations in those days. We are enclosing the following copies and hope they will suffice
1) Our Passport copies showing D.O.B
2) Domicile Certificate stamped by Magistrate showing D.O.B
3) School leaving Certificates
4) Indian Driver’s License

I HAVE ONE QUESTION.IF ANYONE CAN ANSWER THAT.IF I PUT EXTRA SHEET TO EXPLAIN IN DETAIL WITH IMM0008,IMM 5406.IMMM5669.MAIN APPLICANT SHOULD SIGN ON EXTRA SHEET OR NO NEED TO SIGN .

No need to sign additional sheets. But clearly mentions applicant name, date of birth, question number (for which you need extra space) and text

I asked same question on Monday (16th April) everyone suggested me to ask DMP to send results to Ottawa directly.

For 10 years education select "Secondary" and for 14 years I think select "post secondary -no degree"
Put same random date for both father and mother and make sure to explain it in a letter about the random date.

My mother not in Canada, she is in Europe and medicals were done there. DMP asked us where we want him to send the results and we asked to send them to Ottawa.
