we got our medical and passport request on 3rd june... i am on study permit in canada... my parents got the letter from ND in India.... now i got an appointment for medical here in canada but doctor told me to give my UCI no. ... so i gave the one on the letter that is for principal applicant - my dad... doctor said that each of the dependant should have their own UCI no. ... i don't know what to do .... if anybody can just suggest me how can i do my medical exams in canada,,,,... thanks....

Did New Delhi email you "outside India" specific forms? as you need to take them to the Doc - he is asking UCI so immigration could match it when you send your copy
But UCI always remains the same and since you are here on Student Visa, you will have that in that paper attached to the passport

delhi sent letter to my family in india asking for info on my brother"s courses which was mailed on 24 apr and gave us 21 days to respond but they never received it then email was received by our lawyer in canada . my question is would they accept if we send info on him now or application be rejected.

Don't you have proof of receipt? of courier? Send that proof + what they want and explain that you did send everything

Oh, you mean "your family" didn't receive it. If it's any consolation, I missed due date for passport/meds request as they sent to wrong email. I did numerous emails, MP etc, but they eventually contacted us and we sent everything. So just send it and explain that it was never received so here it is now

tell doctor to write The same UCI on requested letter.dont use your UCI .Explain The Doctor this is not your individual case. and you dont have to take any special form. if you in vancouver area jz inbox me i will tell you the doctor where i did mine medical. i am also on student visa in canada. my medical is passed and received in ND office.some doctors send medical to ottawa so make sure before doing anything.

Some Desi DMPs might accept w/o all requirements and it has worked. Mine was Chinese, and he was expecting 1017 forms

mine was chinese too.he has all the forms at his clinic.i didnt took any form with me This is family case so doesnt make any difference if we will use uci on requested paper.
I did mine the way I told above.so jz shared my experience.

hi everyone,
i have some doubts so plz sugguest me

CPC-M Received our app on May 2008. and that time i was about to turn 18years of age and my elder sister was 21yrs n 9 months young.

On june 3rd 2013 got letter from CHC Requesting for medicals,passport & few documents with latest PCC .

so my confusion is... Do we both me and my sis have to submit our full time study records ?
if yes then what about lock-in age

presently i'm 23 and sis 26

You should send all original school documents/certificates like 8th, 10th, 12th, school leaving certificate, college/ university certificates and letter for university that you are regular student at present. I know you were under 22 at the time of sponsorship and were/are under type A dependant, but there are chances that New delhi will ask you for these as they have asked many in the past. I hope you read this and send everything for you and your sibling.

Hello folks, Congratualtions to all getting close to family reunion. My parents completed the medical examination and follow up tests last week (6 weeks in total-start to finish). Any expert advise for getting request for passport?
