My never ending problems - now Delhi says they sent Passport back for my fathers FBI but we never got anything. We confirmed with postman and post office

So we receive letter but no passport? howz that possible. I feel Delhi's email response is a mistake but how to argue?

Send email to CIC-O with Urgent in subject. Just explain the whole thing. Usually you will hear back in 2-3 days. For NDV office, not sure, but works for CPC-O

Suggestion:
Use Subject "URGENT - Submitted passport missing in CIC mail"

Give details on what happened, initial reply back in 1-3 days & if needed details in 7-10 days.

fully agree with apple talk. Email with urgent in subject line worked for me even with ND vo. I got reply within 24 hrs (pretty amazing for NDVO). u won't get any reply for ur case specific enquiries in less than 2 months. Also ask them the address tht they mailed ur passport to. Wish u good luck n don't stress urself.

hi my dear friends i'm new to this thread. my sis-in-law's husband is applying a sponsorship for his mother. theres a very bad person has charged a lot of money from them only for filling the application. but all were messed up. now i'm helping them to refill & gather documents. so be kind enough to help me to find out what documents be needed to apply with his mother's application. we have only about 8 days more to send the completed application to the immigration. I want them to make a completed & strong, correct application kit & send to the immigration without delaying.
and also plzzz tell how long it'll take to be processed & done as the visa office is Sri Lanka.
the Police Clearance will be expired in June 17th. do i have to apply for a new PCC? or better to wait till they request another PCC?
Plzzzzz help us & most appreciable if anybody can help & reply ASAP.

Next day I called from other phone and it worked. Let's see how it goes, I have heard bad stories too.

I would disagree. I have had 2 incidents where MP intervened because of LVO had baseless arguments and dragging for that reason. But that was liberal era.

no its still in Mississauga. but my sis has sent the application without the 5406 & 5669. so now i'm filling the applications behalf of them. the immigration has sent the whole package of permanent resident applications & asked to send with the missing applications (i mean the applications not sent). but do you think that have they approved for the sponsorship? bcoz, if they have approved for the sponsorship, the documents were not sent were requested from the colombo office ryt? but the immigration have asked them to send the applications to Mississauga.
and i suggested them to send some additional documents with applications, if needed. so, do you know any additional documents what to send with the applications?
