do I need to Order GCMS on behalf of my parents or I can directly order it for me..
I am aksing this because if i apply for GCMS on behalf of my parents I need attach IMM 5744 forms with their sign ryt???

by d way can someone pls explain this nw Online process of getting GCMS ???

My never ending problems - now Delhi says they sent Passport back for my fathers FBI but we never got anything. We confirmed with postman and post office

So we receive letter but no passport? howz that possible. I feel Delhi's email response is a mistake but how to argue?

hi my dear friends i'm new to this thread. my sis-in-law's husband is applying a sponsorship for his mother. theres a very bad person has charged a lot of money from them only for filling the application. but all were messed up. now i'm helping them to refill & gather documents. so be kind enough to help me to find out what documents be needed to apply with his mother's application. we have only about 8 days more to send the completed application to the immigration. I want them to make a completed & strong, correct application kit & send to the immigration without delaying.
and also plzzz tell how long it'll take to be processed & done as the visa office is Sri Lanka.
the Police Clearance will be expired in June 17th. do i have to apply for a new PCC? or better to wait till they request another PCC?
Plzzzzz help us & most appreciable if anybody can help & reply ASAP.

Oh dear. It is just pathetic they way ND office handles things. I thought when they send passports they ask for signature of the recipient, did someone sign or it came just as a regular mail. I know its not easy, but would ND give an evidence. What did your last GCMS notes say, I remember you mentioned they had outgoing correspondence notes on it.

I called ND yesterday and asked to be speak to someone in immigration section, they said its impossible. Final Update:-

Parents got PR card 2 months back & finally got Heathcare card and coverage (from May 1st 2013) in BC.

Immigration crap is all behind now after 5 yrs.

Send email to CIC-O with Urgent in subject. Just explain the whole thing. Usually you will hear back in 2-3 days. For NDV office, not sure, but works for CPC-O

Suggestion:
Use Subject "URGENT - Submitted passport missing in CIC mail"

Give details on what happened, initial reply back in 1-3 days & if needed details in 7-10 days.

Things I did
1) Called personally to Delhi - asked to speak to Immigration Section - where they absolutely refuse but after hearing me say that they lost passport - I got to Immigration Voicemail where I explain the scenario
2) I reply twice to their reply which said they sent passports, asking details
3) I sent case specific email - asking the same query as did confirm with postman/postoffce - no passports
4) I faxed them 4 times with details screens of what they have said in GCMS notes = fax has failed all 4 times where # is busy
I will try again
