My eCAS status changed to two lines today.
Line2 added: Application Received, Application Received. I am able to use the application number and my dad's credentials to log in to eCAS. Their status shows one line, Application Received with no further information. I think it means that they have started reviewing the file.

Re: the consent of the parent...Is it a special application form or just a regular piece of paper that includes the date and the signature?

sakamath said:FOSS notes are for applications that are being processed in Canada. Since your application has been sent to Vienna, you should request for CAIPS/GCMS notes. Keep one thing in mind, just ask for these (the first option on the form) and not the "Visa File informatin (CAIPS and GCMS) as this would mean, they would physically have to pull out your file to make its copies thus delaying your process. Ordering just the CAIPS/GCMS notes should not affect your processing times. FYI, I just submitted my request today.
