Did your address change to Canadian as well? since almost everyone with decision made has Canadian address ( in short )

If I use my Father's UCI it shows Indian address, whereas if I use mine (sponsor) I see canadian address on both sponsor and applicant.

ours was also transferred in June 2012, but waiting for meds and pp also have a letter from NEW DELHI stating my sibling is not a dependent in March.

original date is may 2008

IF your sibling was a full time student since before 22 years of age until now.. then you have a valid reason to respond to them and advise them of the details.

Well, it's the father's side which should show address change with decision made ( this is the trend as we know ) so it might be that your case hasn't actually finalized, thus the odd wait time of 2 months for getting pp back - GCMS should clear it

Also, you need to email them inquiring, last time I ordered, they replied " did you order? when was that " and it delayed by whole 1 month

hi one question were you under age 22 or over age 22 when your applications field ?

thanks

Hi pari,
I was under 22 when application was filed.
I was 21.5yr old.
And the only condition on me was that I can't get married until pr visa is issued.
No regular study is required if dependent is under 22wen application is lodged at missisauga office.
But if dependent is over 22 at d time of application lodged. So regular full time study and unmarried status is required.
It's confirmed now.

Can someone please confirm if the dependents can work during the process if they were under 22 years at the time of application?

There was another user, I think "jatt" or somebody, and he had his PP with ND LVO for 9 months, called for GCMS and he saw the same as you but within a month he got it

the whole note is so confusing? some places says eligibility passed but i think that was only for the mississauga office. not sure if they do eligibility again in delhi.

Chartered Accountant 8)

I had FCU-CA Room > FCU-DIS > FCU-STR > FCU-PA > REGISTRY > RCU-RFV > FCU-STR

I only had registry before that. Does that mean long wait ahead since I have so many statuses to go through?

Mississauga office only approves the Sponsorship portion (IE are you eligible to sponsor). ND-LVO sees if your parents are eligible (is the relationship genuine etc).
