was it returned through regular mail or courier service?"

I don't know about love-nd but for us in the instruction we received they gave us both options. Meaning that if just send them a self address envelop address they will send it by regular mail and if we include a courier airway bill (in our case they said it should be aramex) they will return the passports through courier

I hope if anyone here can help me!

I sponsor my parents in 2008. The file is now in visa office in Islamabad.

Finally I got an e-mail from the visa office asking us to get the medical examination done (nothing from regular post, just an e-mail)

It is not much detail in the e-mail but there is a document attached. This is a single page IMM1017 “MEDICAL REPORT, Client Biodata and Summary” form, notheing else, just one page.

But this is ONLY for the principal applicant (my father), no form was attached for my Mother.

I sent an e-mail to the visa office a week ago but no reply yet.

I am confused. Why they send me IMM1017 for the Principal applicant ONLY.
What about the accompanying souse of the principal applicant (my mother)?

Appreciate if anyone can advise

Alot of people cannot access their ecas, i am one of the victim too :S.. Wonder whats wrong at CIC's end now .. I think it's a system update.. But i hope people who are waiting for some new's from CIC, gets to hear a good news ..

Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination Please complete medicals for yourself & your spouse as per the instructions attached. This must be received at this office by: 03/14/2013

I have already sent them Indian Police Cert from Aug 2012 and FBI for my mother from March 2012 ( they have acknowledged this in the GCMS notes ), I can get Indian PCC fast but FBI will take 2 months? what should UI do, write a letter suggesting that or ignore PCC as they have it

Submit all the papers as requested. Include an explanation for FBI clearance (that it is already submitted) but apply for a new one also.
