i received med nd pasport req on 8 nov 2012 nd med were done on 28-11-12 nd med nd pasport were sent on 13-12-12.(we are 3 member nd med was done together}
nd on 28-12-12 recived letter from delhi abt my mother medical 2 v done again. but no specific test was mentioned . so i consulted with with the doc from were the med was done they gave a letter stating med ws done nd snt on 13-12-12 .. with courier company name nd track num . nd sent tht letter on 7-1-12 .. till then there no chng in the status. cn any one tell how much tym it take for chng in status?
what wat should v the problm that they hav sent da med again without mentionin any specific test ?
what has 2 v done now?
plz help me regarding this .

It depends on what CIC's letter to your Mom states. Does it mention "She has to do the medicals again? or does it state she has to undergo medicals (as if it is the first time)? If the word mentioned is "again" then she would have to undergo the tests again - may be the results of the earlier tests were not clear. It is also possible (however remote that may be) that the doctor may not have included your mother's report.
If you rule out both of the above, send an online case-specific enquiry stating that medicals were done and the reports were submitted by the doctors.

other option is to go to the doctor and take the x-ray again and send it asap.

Started processing & decision made same day.

I emailed CIC-O last week on Wed and also I remember email from CIC agent who mentioned once papers are ready he will be able to make decision quickly. But no Passport request yet.

Also "Decision Made" can mean file moved from one office to another (example: CPC-O to local LVO).

Sakamath is right ,may be doc never sent your Moms medicals or may be most of tests were not clear or may be for ome other reason they wanted the meds again .
Your best bet is to order GCMS.I don't think case specific enquiry will be that helpful.
Since you sent the reply two weeks ago wait for 3 more weeks for update on e cas.I may take a little longer ,depends on when VO will open the letter and review it.

Getting the GCMS notes may not be the best option for 2 reasons:
1. It takes about a month to get the GCMS notes - Guramrit might lose valuable time since Dec 28 (medicals need to be done within 60 days or so)
2. Guramrit would have to order a physical copy of the file - rather than the regular online notes that CIC prints for GCMS. This may cause further delay in processing the file.

Not sure if Guramrit has sent any replies to LVO. If yes, then the OP would have to wait to hear from LVO again.

Ok, confirming again, when did you go to MP and when did you get the results

I can't believe my luck that my MP's office doesnt contact Delhi directly, instead contacts Ottawa? who I assume will send that email

To be very precise my MP office gave me a consent form to sign on 11th Jan, we signed it and went back on Jan 17th, on 21st Jan he told us that medicals were sent from ND on Nov 26. And on the same day we tlaked and told him to send our mailing as well as email to ND office. He probably sent it on the same day(i.e. 21st Jan). On 22nd Jan my in-laws received a call from ND office to confirm the address/email ID. And on the same day my MP's office told that wait for 2 weeks, if you dont get anything we will contact them once again.....so basically I will have to wait till 5th-6th Feb... :

Best bet is to MP inquiry at this time, see what did they ask for specifically, = furtherance of meds or overall

My mother in law dont have travel history and dependant under age 22 when applied ,my status still application received applied in feb 2008 done medical before u and sent document nov 29 , u know from the forum peoples from 2007 wait 1 year to get visa after medical so dont frustrate medical history doesnt affect on ur file,its your luck some peoples still from 2007 had hard luck ,they had 2007 quota so thats why they issue some visas in december so they have enough time for 2008 quota ,22 ji thodai patience rakhni peni so keep waiting like me.
