Wowww, it must feel wonderful....many congrats Kpinda.....finally the wait is over for u. U knw we also send docts on nov 24 I guess but Dr. Delayed to send meds. We didn't know until got call frm ND cic nd they told us that meds not received yet.. Therefore we went to Dr office nd he said he was out of town nd then he send it on Dec 8......now m waiting for status change to meds receive.....Well, all the very best.....

Hello friends, it was very quite week in case processing but I am going to share a very Good News with you guys that we received PPT with Shining VISA yesterday, we are very happy and I want to clear some queries:
Initially Applied in Feb 27th 2008 and have dependents with parents
I think we missed the first Docs request in Nov 2011 due to Address change then got request again in Mar 30th 2012
Send Docs in May 2012 and No AOR from Mississauga but file transferred in Aug 2012
AOR from ND in Sept and then Medical and more Docs request in Nov 8th
Status directly changed from Application Received (Medical result has been received) to DECISION MADE and now received the PPTs.
My one of the relative having same timeline except sent medical a week later and they are still waiting to status change

I rewrite my timeline only because to give you guys an Idea that the Status is not always in sequence so anything can be possible so keep faith in GOD and you will get your turn soon best of luck to all.
In the end I would like to say thanks to all and there are few names at top of my head like Kandel, Gagan, Raj, Lucky and So on who gives lot to this forum like a family and I always be here if any kind of question or help you guys need any time

might be thats why your status get delayed but dont worry you turn will be very soon.

My parents ecas shows "decision made" since dec 8, but We have not received any mail or email from immigration. I contacted call center but they say because my file is in Ottawa they don't see details and they cannot tell me if any mail was sent out or not. They said I should contact Ottawa directly so I also emailed "OttPilot-immigration@cic.gc.ca" about 8 days ago and no response yet.

1- Did anyone else have similar situation? How long after decision made we should receive passport request mail?
2- How much time CIC give us to send the passports to them (when we receive the request)?

I appreciate any advice

-> If required they will forward your request to officer assigned your file.
-> If their is nothing wrong & then they do not reply back.

I got 1st reply within 24hrs & 2nd 7 days.
The 1st reply came from their helpdesk who monitor your emails & follow up from Officer who stated he got the email on 7th day in his inbox & responded within few hours.

If you inquire about status they will not respond unless it is overdue.

I asked them why I haven't received a mail or email regarding the decision yet while I know from my online status that decision was made. I did not get anything other than an automated reply from them sofar. Did you send email to the same ottPilot-immigration address?

Hi to all We received e-mail from new delhi but there is no attachment in the e-mail but e-mail states find information in the attached document so worry what they want no attachment in e-mail.
