Status still shows IN PROCESS

My ecas shows medical results have been received and status stills shows IN PROCESS, so it means medical results good? Can anybody know about it? and any idea how long it may take to get PP with visa.....Please advice....thanks

My in-laws for a call from Delhi LVO asking if they can land before Dec 24th (medical expire on that day) and obviously they said "yes".

So LVO will be sending passports back by registered post....... ;D

Ecas still says "in-process"
2 weeks back my parents also got their Visa too -mission accomplished.

Seems like the same case as LVO Singapore. This whole CIC process should simply be First Come First Serve but then background checks can differ with other reasons. If you look at this thread

It all started with why some files went to CPP-O and the rest to LVO, then you see 2009 applicants getting visas before 2007/2008 then within 2008, some of us are waiting, then we look to you guys who had no action at all. So everywhere you look, someone is waiting before someone - I believe the cherry belongs to late 2009 Apps from CPP-O who already got visas

Background check is an excuse. Why not CIC put more resourses to make it fair for all.why CPP-Ottawa pilot project not helping 2007 applicant ?? Remember early this year when it was asked why 2008 applicant are getting medical before 2007 applicant from CPP-Ottawa , CIC agent told that they are just helping LVO... Early Medical doesn't mean visa will issue before 2007 applicant ... blal lal laaa....?? One year already been passed for clearing backlog. If they start processing those file end of next year then visa quota for 2014 might be low and ISB and Singapore applicant will be looser. With the current speed I don't see any hope. I smell there might be some other reason why Singapore and ISB has been ignored. May be a ugly politics !!! who knows... Otherwise why we will not be treated equally ???? Still 2006 applicant at Singapore waiting for medical whereas 2009 applicant getting visa !!!! Who will believe that it takes three years for background check for file with complexity !!! Ridiculous !!!!!!!! I lost my faith on justice here !!!!!!!! No Trasparency , no justice is maintain toward ISB and Singapore applicant !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And background and security checks start taking place after medical request have been received and passed! We did not receive any medical request so how can our background start getting checked! I know :/.. But anyways i have a feeling that we will hear good news in 2013 and our filess will get start processing! .. It will hopefully prove to be a lucky year for all the applicants waiting out there, specially the "Singapore" and "Islamabad" ones ..

My parents are 75 and 73 years old. Medicals done in March.
On Saturday I received e-mail:

Dear Applicant:
This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue processing your application, please submit the following document(s):
 The IMM 5669 forms that you submitted are incomplete Question 8
For Question 8, you and your spouse must provide details of your personal history since the age of 18.
Using separate sheet, you and your spouse must submit personal history details for the following periods:
From 1955 to 2001 for Y
From 1957 to 2001 for E
Start with the most recent information. Under “Activity”, write your occupation or job title if you were working. If you were not working, provide information on what you were doing (for example: unemployed, studying, travelling, retired, in detention, etc.).
Note: Please ensure that you do not leave any gaps. Failure to account for all time periods will result in a delay in the processing of your application.
The sheets must be signed and dated.

But it shows last 10 years coming first. Somebody received also?

Starting November 27, 2012, CPP-O will issue the visas and COPRs instead of transferring the files to other LVOs for stamping.
