I got the passport request for my parents yesterday by email from ottawa.
E-case still Application Received.

Question: The letter states the visa if issued will expire on 3rd may 2013. so that means my parents must be in Canada before that day. Do you think that arriving in Canada by end of March would cause any issues? or they should come as soon as possible. I mean they want to avoid the Canadian winter (at least this time) as both got operated recently and my father is due for another eye operation this month.

it means visa will expire on 3rd May 2013, your parents should be in Canada on or before that date

Someone deleting the spreadsheet now, but also deleting half of the members about 2 days back.

Yes it can be but only by creator that is rajaji or maybe apple_talk would know how to....i strongly suggest to secure it now and whoever wants to add their info they can just post here...i will make sure your name is on spreadsheet or even an update.
Anyways people who dont believe that someone is trying to delete our spreadsheet...go check now someone put $0 in place of MEMBER upper left corner. This is not nice(if u know what it means)
