It is going to be expenses for your business .But again only income earned from business could be part of your individual income (sole and partnership businesses)
. property and equipments can't be part of income,unless you dispose them off and gain some profit on them and include in your business income

hi kandel i think from my previous research i found that LVO-ND send medical to sept 12 2007 to dec31 2007.so this is first batch of medical.i think we will hear soon get good news for medical because our application are in initial of 2008.so i am hoping that this time my information will be again correct and we hear some good news i am already started to fill the foems and collecting doc again

One more thing i have noticed is that ND randomly asks to re-submit documents. One on my friends files has been transferred to ND, he didnt get any request to resubmit documents again. So I think those who are lucky ones are spared from re-submission of doc's.

..all those are just assets. You would need to show income ( running ) - assets can be dissolved.

Savings would need to render enough interest to meet that criteria. 3K interest income, ie, you should have $Million + but if you were that rich you wouldn't worry about things like sponsorship 8)

Technically, you can pay advanced tax and pretend your income is $60K selling computer support via the phone ( A Tax Consultant can do this ). Off course that would be fraud - I have seen this practice back in 2002 in Toronto and I am sure it still happens everywhere

No dear that also won't count towards the income .only the interest from it.
Don't worry for Income.If you are not satisfied I guess you can revise you rprevious tax returns.Or if this is for your current year you can" start" a babysitting business to meet the requirement.
If you let us know how much gap you have,I am sure many members can help you and could give valuable suggestions.

If case goes into appeal only then all these properties and assets are considered .For sponsorship ,only the income from your employer,business or property.

Hi Browneagle you are right some 2008 appliants received medical and ppr request even got visa but only those who did'nt have any dependant with them, not everyone only lucky ones.
But no one from 2008 with dependant got medical,ppr,pcc request yet.
