this is what i have paid in 2008

immigration Applications for Persons Outside Canada
Permanent Residence Family Class
Sponsorship application (per application) 1 $75.00 = $75.00
Principal applicant 1 $475.00 = $475.00
A family member of the principal applicant who is 22 years of age or older, or is less than 22 years of age and is a spouse or common-law partner 2 $550.00 =$1100.00

Total: $1650.00

Fees depends on how many people you are sponsoring.
You can pay right of permanent resident fee ($490 per person) if you have not already paid so.

great thank you understood, the first fees i have done was only for the PR applications and now we have to pay 490 $ for each applicant who is over 18 year old for teh right of the perment residency fees.
thanks dear fewwwwwwww got scared for second lol
thnaks

@pari4u it seems you are sponsoring 3 persons
In this case, if you are asked to pay right of permanent residence fee you need to pay 3 x $490 = $1470 total

yep u r right thanks :)

In 2007 I have paid for

(1) Sponsorship Fee = $ 75
(2) Principal Applicant Fee = $ 475
(3) Landing Fee = $ 490

I resend them the copy of payment receipt and also submitted new PCC... Don't know If PCC will help process little faster or not...... Don't know how the process is going to taken care at their end??? Also just confirming that I have sent them 2 labels, not envelop with address in English and in Hindi language.... Just confirming with everyone.....

@smodhera you are right they asked labels only not envelops. Submitting PCC ahead is a good thing. It might reduce the processing time, in case if they start processing before its expiration, they can use it. good stuff.

Tricky, what identification number do you put in to check e-cas for ur parents. Is it file no, client id or receipt no. I tried everything , just doesnt work............and yes i tried calling CIC, cant get through

It works for me with the client id - but it is MY client id... the one that was assigned to me when i immigrated to canada... before you are approved as a sponsor - it is YOUR case so you need to use YOUR client id...

the status for my application is "Application received"... has not changed since 2008...

If you have paid Fees, you would have receipt.. There is a number on the receipt, just use that no and enter your(If you are sponsor) information like Last name, DOB, and place of birth... you should be able to see it..

I used my own Client ID- 8 letter one that is assigned to you when you interact with CIC for any type of visa. Thats the one I used.
