I am very new here, I have just Got my PR even did not receive the PR card yet. But I am really willing to apply for my parents for Visitor Visa so they can visit me. They have US Visa also But I want to bring him here on Visit.

Please tell me what is the best options and what is the exact requirements for that. ?

How much time will CPC-M provide us to obtain Police certificate?

How long is the police certificate valid?

I have applied in 2011 and I just got notice that my application is complete and its in Processing Queue

In this stage it's not mandatory. But u have 60 days for this and valid for 6 months. In this stage they encourage u but ur case still under sponsorship processing. When u approved as a sponsor mississauga moved ur file new delhi or Ottawa. Acutely they need it.

Once my Sponsorship has been approved by CPC-M
at that stage I should start requesting for Police Certificate.

and I agree with you, based on what I have seen in this blog, it is taking about Six to eight months to get Sponsorship once the CPC-M indicated that their file is completed and being processed. if I rush now and get Police Certificate in might expire at that time.

One last question did you apply for the Police Certificate from Canada, or did you apply it locally in India. my parents are having some challenges in mobility and I do not have good local support in India, so a looking ways to have most of the work remotely.

I never a applyed from canada. Now india is also e system. It's not big matter. They just visit single window at local and apply
