Need a small assistance just wanna know that I hv done with my medicals n also submitted all ghr documents which were requested n now is there any way to check that they hv received it or not? N also wanna know that when we will get PP request?? Ur replies will b deeply appreciated plz reply

No way to check except believe your courrier status and future GCMS. PP request is when app is complete with all checks - its variable for each app, no set pattern but easy 8+ months

Send a FAX to New Delhi office referencing file number and notify them that re-medical was never received.
Ask them to re-send the medical forms

As of now you can't turn back time and if I were you send fax to visa office India and same letter send through fed ex requesting for letter of re medical with explanation you and your family you sponsoring never receive re medical sent by their office. In case your application got refused for reason mentioned above then you can appeal in Canada. As long as no refusal do necessary step to correct the situation.

Thanks bro, you are right. Can't turn back time thats lost due to wrong email address on file. But i did send them a fax and an email explaining the reason for the delay. Thanks once again..

Fortunately, their other process takes time so even though the date has goe by - app is running other things

Send email to ND - with URGENT and FILE # and Subject Line: Missed Medical Request ( send 2-3 emails )

You can go to DMP in your area and request them to do meds, after explaining delay - tell them to put File # on Meds, its not an issue

Much thanks User828, Even though I had sent them an email and the fax, the same day.. explaining the details, but I found your idea worth trying. So i told my parents the next day to go to the same DMP and request them to let us through the tests. And guess what.. they let it happen. Told my parents exactly what you have suggested. I mean to write the File# , Including UCI's for each on the meds. Now tomorrow, they are gonna send the confirmation receipts in the postal mail. I really hope everything get back on track from now onwards. Appreciate your quick response. You guys are keeping the SPIRIT UP of this FORUM. THANKS ONCE AGAIN.

Thanks for the Info User828, The reason I'm taking it a bit too easy now is because the E-meds reaching today will be overtaking my fax and email en-queries. Do you know how long does it take to get the Security - Passed once the criminality is done. According to GCMS, Eligibility was done in oct/2013, and Criminality in Jan/2014, but Security status is still left blank. Any idea if it gets done after the Medical?? thanks..

Security is always blank, they never reveal - they actually go hand in hand - it's probably completed but surprised that meds came later and SECCRIM is already over
You sure it says Criminality - Passed?

They are working til May 2010 batch, you are still some time to go - expect min 1 year + for the whole deal to get done

Hi everyone,

I am new to this forum.
I have the following questions and hope to get some idea.

I applied my parent in 2009.
I received the approved letter for my sponsorship in 2010
My parent submitted their document to Hong Kong visa office in 2002 May.
Same year August did medical and In November did police check.

Since than we have not heard back from the visa office.
A lot of people told me once you reach medical check you are prettily much will get the visa within
a year because medical check is only valid for one year.

I sent an email to the visa office in February this year, they replied back we are in line.

However my friends they submitted their application a year after me, their parent received the visa already.

In my case what should I do?
How can I know what year and month of the application they are working in Hong Kong office?

Today we sent my mother's and sister's passports back to CHC New Delhi after getting them renewed.
Our case hasn't went in process yet.
Our medical is going to expire next month.
