Hi Forum Members, I need your HELP!

Today I received long awaited GCMS NOTES; Which i had applied over 2 months back on April 02, 2014 with an apology for the delay & What i see here is that Under MEDICAL: Section, it says that the Re-medical was issued on FEB/03/2014 with 30 days notice, Which we never received. Neither my Lawyer, Nor parents have any letter or Email from CHC NEW DELHI. Due date of March/05/2014 has long gone(by 3 months) as well. I am really stressed and sad at this moment. What am i supposed to do???

Anyone Please????

Send a FAX to New Delhi office referencing file number and notify them that re-medical was never received.
Ask them to re-send the medical forms

As of now you can't turn back time and if I were you send fax to visa office India and same letter send through fed ex requesting for letter of re medical with explanation you and your family you sponsoring never receive re medical sent by their office. In case your application got refused for reason mentioned above then you can appeal in Canada. As long as no refusal do necessary step to correct the situation.

Fortunately, their other process takes time so even though the date has goe by - app is running other things

Send email to ND - with URGENT and FILE # and Subject Line: Missed Medical Request ( send 2-3 emails )

You can go to DMP in your area and request them to do meds, after explaining delay - tell them to put File # on Meds, its not an issue

Since I applied with my parents with dependents back 2009 it is always or constantly increasing processing time at cic-missaussaga and cic-manila currently now 61 months fr 12-24 months. I think for me they like to discourage future applicant, reduce parent/grandparents to come here as pr and to be like USA taking to long to bring relative.

In USA, only Citizen can apply - not like Canada where PR/Citizen can apply

Its upto 61 mos in CIC Manila but practically 1-2 years

You didn't mention like the table of contents fr starting page mostly it says there the progress or what happening to your application.

My application requested ppr and other documents and medical after 2 yrs and few months from cic-manila with delays and another delay for medical waiting for culture test result(current). I hope it won't increase my processing time in cic manila to 61 months. It happened to me at cic-missaussaga increasing processing time and additional time we waited fr 12-24 months to 48 months.
