So the passport is not with them, usually decision made comes when the stamping is done - I am surprised they put that status even before requesting passport. Just wait till docs come back

They did request passports with medicals and police clearance in June. On December I asked the embassy to return the passports back because my parents had to travel.

Thats what I am saying, passports have to be stamped with visas - how did they go DM w/o passport with them

Have they launched any inquiry on cases with visa office using email or fax, etc?

Seems so far only NewDelhi is issuing visas. Only 1 person here from Islamabad got visas (i think its manukhan recently)

Any other visa offices giving out visas here? Please share news if your parents received visas.

no news yet. no meds. i sent their updated PCC last month, will apply for gcms end of this month and see what it shows then do the MP inquiry.

Thank u for reply but want to clarify one more thing. I m a self employ and enough income but had cut t4 for my employee so is that income will count in my gross income or without that income??? One more thing can we show expenses in the gross income??

Expenses have nothing to do with it.. This is not for tax , Your gross income is what YOU pay YOURSELF out of company before taxes.. You cannot include your employees income in YOUR gross income..

After waiting 80 months, now i have good news. We got passport with visas but i have one concern. We got medical surveillance code 2.02 but didnt get any forms. What should i do ? Please if anybody has faced similar conditions, let me know what should i do now as we only have 2 months visa validity. Thanks in advance for your help
