Check in Outgoing section, basically, they want further meds - Does any parent or dependent have meds issue?
Also email ND if u haven't received any letter

Go to ur pp immediately nd ask abt the additional test required . give ur imei no or uci fr the confirmation. Surely they got it already.. Hurry up nd get urself ready for those tests required.

If u guys done wid ur medicals on 24 jan dat means they send u letter around 1st feb which unfortunately mis mailed or did not collect. So u gotta 90 days after dat which means before 1 may u guys have to undergo those tests required.so hurry up ask pp..

hi. i need help. today we rcv email frm Delhi abt our file. my sis was abv 22 yr at the time when we applied. nd nw we sent all documents of study with mdcl bt nw they sent us mail................
your daughter born 1984 was abv 22 yr of age in 2008.
aftr cmpltion of MSc IT,u hv enrolled trade certificate in cutting nd tailoring in 2007 nd trade crtifct of computer application in 2008.the education of ability of these course is completion of 10th. which implies that these courses are not post scndry courses. also after completetion of PGDBM. u got enrolled in MA economics but was unable to clr 1st nd 2nd semster nd without completing the course then she then changed her stream of study nd got enrolled in PGDCA.

this suggests that attaining 22yr of age she is not actively pursuning a coruse of acadamic, professional or vocational training on a full time basis and is not enrolled in and attending a post secondary institution and therefore does not meet the defintion of dpndent child.
give us rply within 30 days otherwise decision will be based on the information in your file.



plz anyone suggests us what we should do now??????

Sponsor should consult the best immigration lawyers, and see if the age lock-in factor can be used to push NewDelhi to include the dependent child even if over 22.

I thought that if dependent is living with parents and is not married, she qualifies as dependent due to LOCK-IN of her age at time of application.
What's the purpose of LOCK-IN of age if they're still gonna go by studying criteria.
Mention that to New Delhi about age locked in for dependents.

Hello guys,
we received the ATIP notes and it says there that we are not eligible to sponsor, the letter was issued but not mailed out yet. We found out that they miscalculated our family size that resulted in refusal. Can we appeal this decision? According to ATIP out file is still open (not finalized yet).
