yes it is right but who has told u this bluffs that there is next batch and all ... I mean I had listen some cases has got medical paper again there is no wrong in that but I want to know waht that officer has tol to ur dad

is there anything else do i need to mention in that?

and i also heard that if they will not send that papers now they will send it with next batch thats the only reson i m so much worried abt plz help.

Hello memebers,, some great news too sharee with u ....... applied in nov 2007 , medical has expired in october 2012....
after doing numerous mails to them i have gort reply that backgroung checks is going onn on your filee..... so what to doo now last march 2013 ,, they had given me the same reply ... means one year has passed and still same replyy so what can we expect from them its already 78 months complted how mych more time they will take any idea ,,,,, Pari4u ,, 205,, mtechian, onkar_chauhan ... and me all are in same boat ,,,,, so can any one help me pls and specially pari4u dont get nervous , bcs i am also in same boat as uuu ?....... and we all are together ....

first u will listen computer generated voice..
u have to enter some no. acc. to instructions which will redirect u to their customer service..
yes..they will not listen at once..but then u have to persuade them..
they will say you email them...blah blah...i dnt knw if this would work or not..but then..u have to do something..
And about email..Do u got the confirmation email from them??

dnt worry brother i also got reply after 20 days . dnt panic stay relax u ill get uci soon or so one thing tell ur sponser to make mp enquiry . dis can make difference

I am sure it will be updated soon and sometimes takes time but don't worry about it, they sent you the visa and that is more important. Hopefully your parents are coming here soon.
