When did you mail the requested docs? Have you received any communication from Mississauga since then?

Yes he can do anything he wants.

Under 18 when we applied, but he didn't continue to study at university since he finished high school in 2011. Now he stays with parent and don't do anything. So does it affect the process for him?

I see your post everywhere, are you sponsoring husband and 3 children under HC grounds?

Have you tried here - http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/general-all-canadian-immigration-b13.0/

I don't believe there is anything called "Selection Decision" in PGP - there is basically review and then final review. If the background checks is in progress then basically once thats over - file will complete soon
So if there is interview waiver it's good

The thing I was actually concerned was the date you send US FBI Clearance and the date of the notes suggesting US PCC - which one was earlier? the reason I am saying this as sometimes, they don't see what's on file and recommend for it, but you have to tell them you already sent it

Age is what matters most for dependents when the application is filed. I don't think you will have any problems. There a 3 types of dependents defined by CIC. If your brother is staying with your parents doing nothing and unmarried, he may be categorised as Type A dependent.

When we filled the application in June 2010 he was 17 years, now he is 21 years and we are waiting for doc request. I think he should be as Type A coz he was under 22years, right? So why did u think he is type C? (Type C if dependant is 22 years of age or older.)
Thank you for your reply.

My apologies. Type A is the right one. I was working on multiple things at that time and so instead of A, I typed C. The point I would like to make here is you should have no problems but they may also look into what is your brother going to do in Canada if he is not interested in studies. They definitely consider the contribution of a prospective immigrant to their economy.
