Have you got request for medicals yet?

Or anyone else got request for medicals who got the request for additional documents in Aug 2013? I have few chinese friends who either got the medical requests even though they submitted their requested docs in mid of December 2013. And couple of them are almost close to the finishing line as they submiited their parents medicals 2 months earlier.

today we recvd passports with remedical letter..we already did our meds yesterday(as we recvd email on 27th jan)..
so now we hav to send back the passports with the med. certificate..
no other doc. is requested in the letter..

I am sure waiver means interview waiver, undertaking 120 is 10 years - 120 months ( as a sponsor has promised to take care of parents for that time ), this is common for all
What is the location of last paper file history and/or application history
Checked the last note in OUTGOING
Check the latest comment in NOTES
Check Due Date

Did you send email on your behalf? you need to be representative on file for them to respond - don't do it now, its too late in the game, instead have the inquiry sent from Principle Applicant

OK my friend, there are 2 things you need ASAP as your file will be terribly delayed

Submit PCC from USA - you need FBI Clearance ( not sure who this is for, but they need to go to a finger printing agency and get it mailed to USA, this takes 2 months ). We had this too but I anticipated it and had my fathers FBI ready

I don't understand the "waive to schedule" or recommend part? are they saying to book an interview or no
Also, see anything in Outgoing? this is where they send documents to applicant

If you knew how to save as Word Doc and remove personal information, I could read your notes better

Hello user there is some misunderstanding in my writing ,, we have submitted pcc of usa , and one more thing in assesments eligibility is passed , medical passed and expired and criminality not started location of file is registery.... any thing else u can help my my freind thanks a lot for ur cooperation in this matter really thanks ...........one more thing my folks has travelled before 30 years to gulf country for peropd of 3 yrs and he had tried to obtaiing pcc from that country but unfortiunately the embassy told that pcc will not be given as it is so old time it is 30 years old talk we have no record also , and we have submitted proofs of tickets and email copy that we tried to obtain pcc ,,,,, and therefore we have told to waive the requirement of pcc of that gulf country .. so what do u thinks that will there be any problem in that

Ok,

So you submitted PCC of US - Do these notes mention need of FBI after submitting or before submitting as its possible that they saw the travel history but never looked in the file to see if it's already there
You did the right thing by providing proof of attempt ( gulf PCC ) - this might be the cause that ur file might be delayed as they are dong their own background checks
Criminality should have been in progress but they never write the full story or update timely

You can try and email ND, asking if they need more docs or is there interview - the may or may not respond
