Hi everyone, just to give you guys GOOD and BAD news. They refused my brother case and given my parents and sister visa. There medical done in Dec 2012 and they have only time for 1 week to get here. They received call when there medical expire. I am done and have to find another to get my brother here. Good luck..

sorry to here the news about your brother , and glad your parents atleast got visa and you have closure for your applications. hope you find a way to bring him here.


few question for you

when did your parents did the medical and what mediacl exp date you have in your gcms as my parents did medical on 12 dec but thier medical expire on jan 16 according to gcms.
and did emabacy mail the passport to your parents or they had to go to emabcy to pick them up. how did they contacted you

It is really disturbing that they're giving people 1 week to land, why can't they extend the medicals and then issue a longer-validity visa.

Hope your parents/sister can arrive here ASAP before visa expiry.......

You can have your brother try studying somewhere else, like Australia, UK, NZ etc.

But it's worth a shot to consult an attorney for your brother, but get ur parents landed first and then pursue this

no problem with medicals...well Its ND so they are way busy ...many applicants medicals have expired this year

If someone's mother is already in Canada on supervisa and they want to apply for Parental PR (which is re-opening on Jan 2, 2014) would they apply to Ottawa or to the original local office in this case which is Islamabad.

I applied on Dec 24, 2009. Docs request came in aug, and the letter to receive documents on Nov 4th. Nothing heard after that

My dad received an email from CHC new delhi and they send them military details form to fill and to send them back within 30 days which they already did.So my concern is if they have already finish checking their backgrounds checks or not. Medicals expiring 1st week of January.Any advice plz.

Wen did ur parents recieved email ?,, n what's ur status on e -cas???in process or application received?
