Hi everyone, just to give you guys GOOD and BAD news. They refused my brother case and given my parents and sister visa. There medical done in Dec 2012 and they have only time for 1 week to get here. They received call when there medical expire. I am done and have to find another to get my brother here. Good luck..

hey buddy I read ur early post.and got tht ur bro 24.but I wanna know wt is ur sis age at the time of application and is she regular student.my age was 21.3 at the time of application

How long it takes NDVO office in issue visas after starting process file. here is my time line.


1.We received your application for permanent residence on Mar 3, 2009.

2.We started processing your application on December 1, 2013.

3.Medical results have been received.

What's the exact date of ur medical exam?

Yes, you can apply for a TRV or Supervisa. By the way, the timeframe is almost same but its your preference. I see that their medicals were done last in March 2013. I am hoping 2014 will be a passport request for them

It is very urgent. I am very hopeful of getting the ppr in January but it cannot wait. I think i will just apply for the visit visa first thing on Monday then. Thank you for your help I need prayers brothers and sisters.

The expire was Decmber 8 and got call on December 11 that you can pick your passport and you guys must have leave before 28 December.

21 year and they didn't ask for school paperwork either.

Hi ... Congrats and its sad to hear fr ur brothers's refusal ....... What the reason they gave ?? What was his age at time the apllication was filed?? What about his continuing education status ???

just cheked the status of my application. it is changed to processing. it said we started processing your application on December 9th 2013. can someone tells me how long it takes from here to issue visa and how far we are ....
