Instead of medical i recevied a letter from ISB dated July 9th regarding one of dep. who was over 22 at the time of application that he did not meet as dep because embassy claim that:
1. The 2 year diploma he did from the college is not recognized by HEC/Govt. or not accrediated by govt.
2. There is a 6 month gap after he did inter(grade 12/FA) and the date he started the above diploma.

They gave us 45 days (They didnt mentioned when 45 days start i guess its the date on the letter so we only have 30 days now) to proof them wrong or come up with proof else he will be deleted from the application.
I asked him to go to govt office who is responsible for recoginizing the college to get the letter and for 6 month gap i dont know what to tell him. any advice or suggestion?

I received it for a dependent who was under 22 years old at the time of application.They claimed that he should have continued his education after graduating from his Masters program. I have sent them a letter too giving them all the necessary information that they requested. I would suggest the same that get HEC to confirm the college. bro ask the college or university where the dependent is studying ......don,t worry about anything ask college to give u in written that the college is recognized

insted of medical i also receive a e-mail about one the dependent over 22 when applied they asked all original document of his study

This is for my bro n law.
i have a letter from college, i will send them too but moreover we need to send the letter from govt. stating that its recognized with us.
now @fab758 when my bro n law went to college the office said that they are not recognized by HEC but affliated with Karachi University and Sindh Tech. Board.
so i told my bro n law that go there and ask them for a letter as you are aware that you need to know someone inside or pay to get the work done because we dont have much time now only 25 days left.
he will go tomorrow. let's hope for the best or we have to find him a girl here

june 2009 he was slightly over 22.
we have 2 dep one was under 22 they didnt ask anything for her.

Just got GCMS - nothing changed, samne old stuff
Due Date is still 16 June 2013 so not sure what happened

Saw in Notes, they received our passports whuch they sent to us accidentally for FBI
Above that was 'Document Received" on 22nd April ( which is probably FBI as thats what we sent ) but they write this "kept in green folder, put awayed in cabinet in registry. As file could not be found"

So they knew our file #? this under my GCMS notes but couldn't find the physical file? is that what they mean by "As file not be found"

If we look at the due date, It seems like due to strike, they didn't work on ur file but I am kinda scare with their notes, I mean what does it mean that the could not find the file....or it's the other department who drops the required documents to the officer and as officer might be on strike, they couldn't find the file (physical) to place the document in.....this is what I am guessing but u knw I have no trust on them.....I am getting sick with this wait and watch game....

HIRED A LAWYER = I hired lawyer in Vancouver for delete my sister from the file.
And I sent all attested my sister document to give my lawyer. he field a case in federal court, step 1 he sent all paper to immigration minister office. they replied back yesterday ' minister of citizenship and immigration is offering to resolve this matter without litigation on the following term; Ms immediately file a note of discontinuance without costs to either party. AND second is upon confirming that a notice of discontinuous has been filled, the respondent minister will set aside the march 16 2013 decision of visa officerdeleting my sister as a dependtant on her father's application for permanent residence and remit my sister application for permanent resident visa to a different visa officer for redetermintation. please advise at your earlist convenience whether your client agrees to resolve this matter on the above terms.
PLEASE TELL ME WAT WILL BE HAPPENED NEXT WITH DIFFERNT OFFICER. AND WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR DNA CALL. ITS ALMOST 4 MONTHS. THANK YOU GUYS . THIS IS MY STORY.

Interesting that you could do this w/o being rejected to begin with - its like pre-appeal. So they are offering to give it to different officer but how different would he see this? is this like a game from Immigration where they offer you the option and if that officer feels the same, they would come back and say that you agreed not to appeal?
Am I understanding this correctly? what does your lawyer say
