Oh so they requested for it but right after the medicals or just now? also What's your application status in e-Cas and I am assuming you still dont have that additional line "Medicals have been received" in your ecas???

Dr told us same time in apr that we gota come back for x-ray agiene on july and as i got latter too yes status did not change yet just 2 days ago x-ray done let see what happend

We applied approximetly March 2009. Approximely around february 2012 they have sent a request to complete the remaining documents that my family had to fill up back home and also paid for the permenant residence. Around August we got the confrimation letter that the Decision has been made. Begining of spetember another letter saying that all the paper work has been transfered to the Veinna office. Sept 28/2012 Vienna sent an email confirming that they recivied the applications. I have not heard anything since Spet 28/2012.

Instead of medical i recevied a letter from ISB dated July 9th regarding one of dep. who was over 22 at the time of application that he did not meet as dep because embassy claim that:
1. The 2 year diploma he did from the college is not recognized by HEC/Govt. or not accrediated by govt.
2. There is a 6 month gap after he did inter(grade 12/FA) and the date he started the above diploma.

They gave us 45 days (They didnt mentioned when 45 days start i guess its the date on the letter so we only have 30 days now) to proof them wrong or come up with proof else he will be deleted from the application.
I asked him to go to govt office who is responsible for recoginizing the college to get the letter and for 6 month gap i dont know what to tell him. any advice or suggestion?

after this no information,,,what they doing?

don't worry our timing is same as yours too medical done in Nov and DNA done in canada in march after that have not heard anything

In my opinion get a letter from the college regarding their affiliation/recognition with HEC/Govt.
A valid reason for why there was a gap.Like does classes in that college starts in certain month.Every one has to wait for 6 months after FA to get enrolled in that college.

If you could provide a good/genuine reason then its OK.
Never Ever try to produce False documents.Be carefull with the College too.

Thanks Luck786, instead of asking college a letter i asked them to go to HEC office and get one and also get something from college too because ISB wouldnt trust the letter from college alone thats why they sort of rejected that college.
for 6 month reason is excellent. I am not disappointed at all infact i am optimistic as they at least give him a chance to proof them wrong.
