BTW, what embassy does he mean? Canada doesn't have it's own embassy in Canada itself, and if he means by Indian embassy ( Ottawa ), he means to say that Indian Embassy will forward that to Canadian Embassy in Delhi - sorry it doesnt work that way

No, the sequence is to send the PP to India via sister and then someone has to bring it back and you can flagpole - go to US border and re-enter BUT ( good question to ask Khaira ) that the whole family has to land together or he can do separate or will he go to India and come back with them after someone brings his passport here

..he had too..my folks are visiting me, I flew to India to drop their passports. You can take the risk of mailing it, but if its caught in customs then..

Frankly no one can answer your query with certainty. It's basically said that it takes time if there is travel history. Also, from what I know, security is done first else they would't even start the file and last is criminality which takes time, I am in the same boat
Order GCMS notes and see where the file stands
ND undoubtedly works in unfair and unstable ethics, files much later than us are already processed and dusted while some of us have to wait longer
Can't do much, except wait

Small trip wouldn't matter. any other thing about your file ? folks in any army, police etc

thanks a lot... one of my lawyer is also saying to submit the passport in canada to the embassy...they will forward to new delhi...so if i send my passport with my sister then she has to come back to canada and i have to go to india and come back to canada for port of entry with my parents......

my parents is coming this week with my passport ...i will do flagpole when they arrive here ...but you can not do flagpole before your parents....principal applicant must land before other family members or together with all members.

i ll suggest do not submit your passport anywhere except new delhi office.

Medicals were completed last week of june.
Now we're waiting for results to be received/passed and hopefully then we can get the visa for parents.

Congratulations to those who received the visas already, and best of luck to everyone else still in process.
Hopefully the visa offices speed up the issuances of the visas

Is anybody heard abt that ......rite now it's really hard it's ok overhere in ca we r busy but our family in India every minute thay are thinking and waiting for passports for visa .. Too much worried abt it ..
