Parents Passport request letter - Separate Letter?

I got a single letter for my parents and when calling VFS (Australia) they said they can only accept one passport with one letter. Looking at other people complaining, maybe VFS is just trying to make a quick buck as each submission is $60+.

Anyways, could @Mr.Nurse or @winterc11 please share how they submitted their passports?

It will still be charged for each applicant but you'll have to argue with them about the letter. Individual letters are for TRVs, not PR applications.

Has anyone else faced this? I received a request letter for my father who is the primary applicant and not for my mother (Visit visa)

Even in my case my father the principal applicant gor the passport request

This is related with parents sponsorship application.

Did VFS accept the same passport submission letter for the dependant as well.

Even I received the passport request letter addressed to my Father (principal applicant), and my Mother's name (dependant) is NOT mentioned in the letter.

You will not get a separate letter, as the letter says, submit passports for principal applicant AND accompanying dependents. Any fees payable are per person. If questions, argue with vfs.
