Yes you can start the process coz the PCC is valid for 6 months and IRCC gives you 30 days to provide it, you can ask for an extension if it is taking longer.

the PCC will be ready tomorrow. How do I go about providing it to IRCC before they ask for it? Should I provide it before they ask for it OR should I wait for them to ask?

You can proactively submit the police certificate via webform once it is ready. I did similar thing and I was never asked for it again in the process. Good luck!

So PCC was not the last thing I did before final decision update. It was medical and it was after 2 weeks it was passed that the GCKey got updated to final decision.

My case may be a little bit different, I was requested to do a second medical last month because the previous one (done during supervisa processing last year) on file expired this month. Prior to this request, I had already submitted the PCC via webform without IRCC requesting for it. Meanwhile, my file was transferred from CPC-Misssauga to Montreal after AOR was issued.

My case may be a little bit different, I was requested to do a second medical last month because the previous one (done during supervisa processing last year) on file expired this month. Prior to this request, I had already submitted the PCC via webform without IRCC requesting for it. Meanwhile, my file was transferred from CPC-Misssauga to Montreal after AOR was issued.

Mine has been at CPC-Mississauga since day 1. Received AOR in the communication mail box on June21 (letter dated june 7) then biometrics and medical july 19, prearrival july 20 and pcc july 22.

2-3 days. I got everything within days starting from Biometrics, prearrival, medical, PCC, to sponsorship approval. Now waiting for status to show decision made.
