Hi, For my parents PR application, additional documents were requested in March and I provided those via email within a week. Later in May, I received a letter that my application was rejected because I didn't reply to them. I reached out to them via IRCC webform and then they said we returned all documents so if you want to re-apply mail all your documents again and then we can link them to your online account. Now they did not provide any mailing address. So not sure where they want me to mail all documents ?
