That's normal. The email they use is a "noreply" email. Just use webform.

My parent application shows exactly the same thing! HOWEVER, do not request for refund. Biometrics for PR and your other application differ. So I'd suggest not wasting your time and that of the officers.
There was an email for submitting documents in the letter I got from them. That's where I send the docs to. Still got an automatic reply
For your first question: Just to be sure you are entering the correct number of people in the application correctly; assuming you (sponsor) and your spouse (co-sponsor) are sponsoring your dad (primary applicant) and mom (dependent) with no dependent children. Therefore, the number of people in the application will be 4.
For the second question, medical and biometric are automatically sent to IRCC by the service provider from wherever they were completed. And I believe you must have been advised to send Police Clearance to an email address or via a webform when it was requested. If you had linked your application to a GCKey before PCC was requested, there would been a provision in there for you to directly upload it.
In summary, once an application has been linked to GCkey, all correspondences will be via the the GCKey. Good Luck!

I got email to submit additional documents and I submitted through email back in February. I have not heard back from IRCC since then. Is there anyone in the same boat? I am in the same situation. Sent it at the end of February. I called them, the agent said it has been received, however, till now, no updates at all! Don’t understand….

Mine came from Montreal, I know few got it from Etobicoke Ontario. FYI Montreal is not as prompt as ON, the ON offices take about 7 days between emails, Montreal takes a bit over 3 weeks from my experience.
Guys, i need advice. so in 2020 i applied for the expression of interest to sponsor my parents, i got invitation to sponsor my parent in 2021, after i applied i go rejected due to a short fall of $1002 from my 2018 income. so since then i have not been able apply since IRCC is still picking from the 2020 pull, do i still have a chance in the 2020 pull or i have to wait to apply when new expression of interest is out.
How did you contact IRCC... in mean which number and do they ask any case file number or something?
