Hi Ash-13: I am in the same boat. Still waiting for medical to be updated in GC key account and its been a month. Did you re-do the medical or submit the previous valid results via web form?

No submitted the valid results along with dependent’s medical exam. No updates since then. Was hoping that the file will move forward soon, unfortunately it’s quiet again.

I did the same thing. Submitted previous valid results via webform. Hopefully it will get updated soon.

NEED HELP!!! We are expecting a baby in 6 weeks ! We want our parents to be here.

We have submitted CSQ, Medical and PCC in February 2024.
Received Pre- arrival services on August 13.
How long does it take to get passport request ?

The medical status shows as we didn't receive results of your required medical exam. We submitted the medical record document on 24th July 2024. What to do ?

GCKEY and PPR tracking update August 30, 2024: COPR received today via GCKEY. Also received the following updates: BG check completed, Final Decision - Approved and elegibility reviewed.
Passport shipped from IRCC back to VAC.

What does the date in Final Decision mean? Since i see today in the Final Decision, September 6th, i am not sure what it means. We got the medical passed last week. I uploaded the PCC in April 2024 second PCC, expecting a delay since the first will expire in June 2024). Does this mean, a decision is already made, but we are yet to know about it?

Roughly a week after that status change we got the PPR. Hopefully this means good news for you as well!! All the best!

ok. My mother is in Canada. Hope its a different process if we are within Canada. Not sure if it would be a passport request. I hope your parents are in the home country. Lets wait and see, what happens. Hopefully we would know next week. Just waiting for some news! I dont even know what has been the final decision. Hoping for the best. Thanks for your reply.

moreover , does IRCC know that your mother is in Canada? If yes then since beginning of application or later?

she just came two weeks back and i have sent a webform. But inbetween, i got to this stage suddenly. Will have to see, if they contact us in home country or will they inform us through any other means. And i have not received any emails regarding anything so far. so keeping fingers crossed.

If PPR/ready to land comes while PA/depends are inside Canada, they will get email to confirm that they are physically inside Canada and will go through virtual landing process. (portal 1, portal 2 and eCOPR)
There are many discussions about this process in this section.
