I got a strange request asking for either my voter ID (didn't have one before I left India) , Aadhaar card (wasn't there when i left India), and middle school certs. Otherwise they are asking for old passports and/or OCI, my old PAN card and parents ration card. Anyone else receive this request?

Same here - I am planning to send them whatever I do have, along with a letter of explanation.

I got it to it very much seems like a delay tactic to me still no sponsor approval but asking this lots of people

But now I dont really see a space where I can upload the documents. Currently it says:

• We need additional documents to process your application. We will send you a letter or email with details.

But where can I upload those documents? The supporting documents page just says "There are no required documents for this Online Application.", and there is no link to upload anything.

Same situation. Don't see a spot to upload the documents.

Applied Dec 22 2022 AOR March 3 last week got request for Adhaar card and ration card and school certificates that is all

Use the webform to upload it. I got request few weeks back with similar situation and they acknowledged within few days time

Thanks a lot - what option did you select while uploading the docs for "Type of application/enquiry" - Permanent Residence or Sponsorship?

Once you login and get to the webpage showing your application's status, search for the link called "View submitted application or upload documents". That should have a spot to upload the documents.

Hi ... I do not know what you can do or what shall be done, but I can share what I did.

I also received PCC for my in-laws. In our case, we were suppose to submit PCCs from multiple countries, and were given 30 days to submit all. We were able to gather the needed PCCs except from one country. So we upload whatever we had and added an explanation letter suggesting that PCC from one country is missing and we are in a process to obtain it. We also attached the proof that we applied for such (screen shot of fee paid, email acknowledgement we received regarding submission, screenshot of police department's website mentioning processing time, in our case is more than 30 days). We submitted that couple of days back (our deadline was on this week) and waiting for their response. In the letter we have mentioned that we will email them the PCC as soon as we get it.

Hi an update. We submitted the remaining documents that we did not submit initially, viz police certificates from a country that takes more than 30 days. We submitted via webform a week ago. Yesterday, we received a confirmation suggesting that documents (PCCs) are added to the file.

Hello, we received similar requests, but asking instead for applicants old passports, old school records and her parents as well. It is what it is, we have them all (thank god for excellent record keeping) and will be sent. Just send what they ask, they want to make sure applicants are authentic. Its annoying but it is what it is, what can we do right?

the slowest office in processing PGP application and reply to any query on webform is Vancouver , Canada . Can we request to ircc to change the processing application to any other location ?
