Finally got the invitation for my parents this morning. 10:55am Toronto F2F
Still can't believe it. I had been waiting for last 4 years. I hope the best for everyone who is still waiting. I think it should not be any kind of lottery and every parent need to be considered. No fun waiting for this invitation. My income is 3 times more than required and when i saw some people got invitation who are not even eligible it just made me mad as the took away someone’s spot. Please don't take anyone else’s spot. Be eligible and only then apply.

Can I sponsor my parents and sister ( sister in Canada , soon finishing bachelors ). Will I be allowed to sponsor my sister even tho she’s already in Canada now on study permit ??

She’ll be 21 Jan 2024, and I plan to apply for PGP in 2023. What month do applications start for PGP? And they lock the age right, to when u submitted app and all docs? So she’ll be considered 21 when I apply even tho she’s turning 22 soon? Thank u

No one knows what's going to happen in 2023. They have been changing PGP almost every year.
They lock the age when the application is submitted. Historically, it was usually at the begining of the year. BUT as you can see 2021 is in Sept-Oct timeframe. So no one knows.

Got the invite ref #5B from Calgary. AlhumduAllah. I qualified to apply last year. Good luck to everyone.

What kind of paper work I should focuse on 1st that takes longer to prepare. So I can start with that 1st.
