It was in process then changed to not applicable and then again changed to in process.
Question on financial eligibility : Got PGP invite in 2021, and now have compelted medicals, PCC, just waiting for final approval email. For 2021 I remember we had to submit 2018,2019,2020 tax assessments (or allow IRCC to directly ask from CRA). Now In 2022 as I was doing tax calculations , I do not meet the financial threshold, will IRCC consider for 2022 as well again? Or am I safe?
Actually IRCC can check and ask for you to proof that you meet LICO until your parents become PR.

It's highly unlikely that they would ask for that after the sponsor approval letter has been issued. Have there been any confirmed instances in the past?
We have received PCC request, medical request, pre-arrival services letter... not sure what the sponsor approval letter is. We also got notified that medical and PCC have been approved. Does pre arrival services letter not confirm that I am at almost the stage of getting a passport request?
I haven't been able to connect my parents' form to the GC Key so I've been checking for status updates online. Today I went and they can't find any of their files and it can't find me either. Has this happened to anyone else? We got Pre-arrival letter in March and haven't heard anything since then.
sponsor approval letter is the one that says:
but yeah the pre arrival services letter probably means that you are in the final stages, and so it is super unlikely that IRCC will go back to checking whether or not you still meet LICO
