Just got the pre arrival email today

So now under additional documents is shows as "Not Applicable", before it showed the additional docs have been uploaded. Under background processing it shows processing 2nd time after it went to Not Applicable a cpl of weeks ago. Thoughts ??

I think the strike has a partial effect depending on which union represents them. Considering some movement here and there, I think we can still have some hope.
