Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2019

Hello, If anyone can reply to this-
CIC has requested Passport all pages, Travel form, Birth certificate/10th certificate and PCC for my parents. I can add all this in 1 email under 5 MB. Is it okay to send two different emails for both my mother and father?

What it says in PPR, do we need to send passports to ottawa only or the country where Principal applicant currently living nearest consulate?...thanks

It gives you options depending in whether or not you need a visa to enter Canada, if you parents are in canada or if your parents are in their native country

For PPR, the correct postal code is K1A 1L1 . This is according to Canada Post postal code search.
365 LAURIER AVE W
OTTAWA ON K1A 1L1

If anyone search in google, the postal code will show as K1P 5K2. Do not use this.
