Passport dropped off same time as PCC at VAC - Oct. 11th
Biometrics payment:
Received a letter of request from CIC AGAIN(they requested already on Oct. 9th) - 23rd Oct. 2019
Payment proof sent by webform again - Oct. 23
Confirmation of receipt - None received
Biometrics collection letter:
Received - Oct. 28th, 2019
Biometrics done - Oct. 29th
Ecas updated - Oct. 29th

Did you submitted marriage certificate for your parents? If your spouse is not a co sponsor, your marriage certificate is not required

no, in additional doc request they asked it for sponsor and co-signer. (my souse is co-signer) point is I did attached the marriage certificate and they are saying its not acceptable.

My parents US visa get approved and will go to US for biometric.. i will be driving there. I would like to get an advise about if we should tell them at the border that we are going for biometrics or just tell them for shopping and visiting?

Just tell them shopping and sightseeing, that's what we did.

@zeiesfirdaus I didn't request for Mississauga to NDVO transfer. The passport request letter that came had both options. Either to submit at VFS in India or if the applicants are in Canada for 3 more months, they can submit at Mississauga in a self enclosed paid envelope. So not to worry, you will get both options to submit the passport for visa stamping. Good Luck

is your PR file status update to Decision Made? When?
did you get Passport request! with PCC request Oct 9? did CIC ask you to send Passport copy OR original Passport for stamping?

I am sending use of Representative for applicant dependent (spouse) to change the current address , my processing office is CPC-Mississauga what should i answer to the question " Name of the office where the application submitted ?" Ottawa or Mississauga .

Please update- Ecas status changed on Decision Made on Sponsor side. But I haven't received any letter yet.
Also, On Applicant side it says we sent letter to Applicant on October 29th. Please consider delays in mail delivery.
I have received Biometrics letter for my both parents in myCIC. Are they talking about same letter or it could be something else?
