Anyone else got this request ? I may have to provide a letter of explanation since i don't have all the detailed addresses of everyone listed.


# For Principal Applicant): The Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) is missing or incomplete. Please provide a current, completed and signed Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) for the Principal Applicant and all dependents aged
18 and over, whether accompanying or not. Each individual must sign their own
copy of this form by hand.
Sections A, B and C must be fully completed for this form to be considered
complete (Name, Marital Status, Relationship to applicant, Date of birth, Country of
birth, and Address). The street number, street name, city, postal/zip code and country
are mandatory for Canada and USA addresses. All other countries must provide the
City, Province/State/Parish and Country. If you are unable to provide any of the
information listed above for any individual listed in section A, B and C, you must provide an explanation#

Looking for suggestions and the right cause of action.

Just give as much detail as you have. For two of my mother's siblings we know the region and country where they live but not the address so we put (for example) London UK. For one sibling we don't know where she is so we put Unknown for her address and marital status.

CIC Agent: It is related to the initial application, the one that had a controversy.

ME: What about for those who got an invitation to apply, does it mean that we made it to the cut-off?

CIC: Yes, once you get the invitation to apply, it means there is no more 20,000 cut-off.

ME: Does it mean that I will not get an email saying I did not make it to the 20,000 cut off?

CIC: No you will not. You are safe. If you got an email inviting you to apply nothing to worry about. You are safe. You can bring your parents soon to Canada

we have not done any medicals for PR yet, unless they are considering the ones from last year for supervisa (but from almost over a year) or it is going to change to medical request. Any idea?

Is it only issued before DM (Sponsor) or can it be issued after DM too.
