Hello guys, need some help. I am submitting the application under PGP 2019 program. My question is regarding translated documents. I have few documents not in english. I got them translated from here in Canada from a certified translated.

Now, the translator gave me a single hard copy. Do i submit the original hard copy that I have or can I submit a photocopy of it and it will be accepted? What are other people doing? Thanks!
Most of the time best practice is to submit originals of addition documents like declarations etc. but in case of translated documents, photocopies will work as well. No need to notarize or certify the photocopies of these translation.

I understand the birth certificate has to be translated and with a certified copy.
Do you have to provide a Certified copy of the passport of the parent you are a sponsoring? or just the copy?
Do you have to provide a Certified copy of the Canadian citizenship certificate or residency of the sponsor? or just the copy?

Anything that is in a different language needs to be translated and a certified copy of the translation is to be provided.
If there is nothing in a different language in that document, it is not required to be a certified copy.

Hi, We got the invitation letter to sponsor my in laws under the parents and grand parents sponsorship program 2019. We have a situation here and not sure what to do. Will appreciate if someone can give some ideas.
1. The DOB of my mother in law somehow is different in her passport (May 03) and National ID card (March 03). Now while checking the old paper of our immigration application form (2011) (back ground information), we found we used it March 12. Will it be any problem if we now fill the application with May 03 as it is on her passport
2. On her passport her last name is "EASMIN" but while we applied for Canada in 2011, in all the paper we entered YEASMIN.
Should we need to write any note or just to wait until they ask for any clarification
3. My wife and her younger sister DOB is only 1 month difference as unfortunately it was manipulated by their school teacher without their consent at their childhood. Do we need to do anything or just let it go as it is
Any generous response will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance
- DOB One on the passport will be considered as more accurate and genuine.
- Write an explanation letter or affidavit attested by authorized body or Notary and attach with application package
- No need to give any explanation or any other document, just submit what ever is in documents and can be proved.

Original one

Thank you. Much appreciated!

So affidavit by my Grandmother attesting that my mother is her daughter? And get it notarized?
And that her date of birth certificate was not made at that time (if that applies) and ——- is her date of birth as documented in all the available records

Option 1 : email the new form to your parents then print it there and sign, use DHL send to Canada , should get in 4-5 days.
Option 2: make changes by hand and attach one explanation letter on the form.

Can I ask them to sign the corrected document and send a scanned copy through email? Does IRCC accept signed scan copies?

Hi guys, quick question -

Does anyone remember if the “intention” form that we filled back in January had a question regarding who will be sponsoring? I don’t recall what I would have answered/declared because my original thoughts were to include my wife as co-sponsor and then after looking at all the forms and because my own income does suffice - I decided to go solo on this.. I am worried if I had indicated anything during showing intention differently than what I am filling now - thoughts?

No.

I saw few other people asked this questions. You guys don't have a record of what information you provided?

Below were the questions:

Family Name
Surname
DOB
Born in which country
Address
Email
Current family members#
Sponsoring members#
Name of the people you want to sponsor
DOB of the people you want to sponsor
Proof of PR/Citizenship status

Apply for the Visa extension, now extension can be granted for another 2 years. To make sure you get this extension, attach Emergency Medical Insurance proof with the extension application. A lot of my clients got extension for another year and 2 years after their initial 2 years were completed.
what application number we need to use when applying for super visa extension

I called yesterday to IRCC to confirm if my package has been delivered. The lady I spoke to confirmed and gave me a Temporary File number that starts with XF.. She said its been opened and theyre reviewing it. But once its been mark as complete, they will send AOR. And the file number will be the same. They will just remove the X.. I’ve sent it May 15, delivered May 16.
I'm sorry to say this but she lied to your ear, many many people here have a file number that starts with F (including me), which by all purposes should mean "complete file", however, the majority hasn't gotten the AOR, so it's not that immediate as she told you. Check the tracker if you don't believe me, the AOR is very random, some people from early May already got it while some people from the first day haven't received it

I got an email from CIC as a reminder to submit my application . But my application was delivered on 31st May . What should I do ?
I got the same email too today. I sent my application on May 29th. I guess I dont have to worry now because everyone received the same email. I am pretty sure I double checked that they received my file thru Canada post tracking system.
