Sad to say but most likely a rejection since he did not get medical request and pcc before decision made. But could be wrong, lots of surprise with ircc
No, you are wrong decision made for Sponsor is always before medical and PCC request

His 'Decision Made' is only for sponsorship application. Medical, PCC is sent when the primary applicant application is processed which is next step. His sponsorship application was 'in-process' on 12th May first one in the tracking sheet. If there are no issues then sponsorship approval comes within 1 to 2 months of becoming 'in-process'. I feel he is approved and should wait for next steps.

Well if it is a rejection then it would make sense. That's pretty quick to make as a decision.
i would ask this person with decision made to plz post a snap shot of the page which says decision made while covering all the important info! If this is true than i have grounds for an argument with my elder brother who himself is a visa officer and according to him this is not at all possible! plz share the page if u can!

Line # 1 should be the info for 2019. This is a confusing line and when I talked with my tax accountant he recommend me in the following way:

1. Line# 1 - gross income for 2019 from Jan to your sign date
2. Line# 2 - 2018
3. Line# 3 - 2017
4. Line# 4 - 2016

I concur. My immigration lawyer also filled it this way for me.

1. Line# 1 - 1 Jan 2019 to present $X
2. Line# 2 - 1 Jan 2018 to 31 Dec 2018 $Y
3. Line# 3 - 1 Jan 2017 to 31 Dec 2017 $Z
4. Line# 4 - 1 Jan 2016 to 31 Dec 2016 $A

I have a question. I have applied for my parent's immigration on May 20th, 2019. My parents are in Pakistan and now I am asking them to come to Canada in July 2019 for 6 months or more (they have 10 years visit visa). So what would happen if they get Biometrics request or Medical request or Police Clearance Certificate request while they are in Canada? Can these be done here in Canada? In application, they have provided all of their Pakistani addresses. What should I do?

There is no option to do Biometrics in Canada (or USA).

If you bring them in, update the CIC once you get your file number about their current status.

I would recommend to wait for couple of months as the biometrics might be requested sooner than later.
