Blank page. But if you need more space in a table in origin al form then create a table in the additional page. No specific format.

Also, don't forget to mention that you have additional page for so and so form in your explanation letter.
Tnx.
Since I'm not going to add Use of Representative (IMM 5476) form, I have to write down a letter explaining it. I will add the details of my extra page in the same letter. I was also wondering if the dependent forms should be signed by the principal applicant or the dependent himself or herself.

Hello everyone.... can anybody tell me the answer for first question in form 1344..mean would you check the box to withdraw your sponsorship application with processing fee less $75 refunded or proceed with application if you don't meet the sponsorship requirements

I believe the majority of applicants tick the first choice.

It says in guidelines to check the second choice only if you are applying for refugee sponsorship. I believe for our case (parents and grandparents) we should all use first choice.

He just received a settlement plan 2 just now. We thought that he is just a reference or something thats why he agreed to put his name in his friend application. And now, I just got suddenly worried about what happen..

His friend is currently a contract worker here in Manitoba, they are applying for PR. In their application, they need at least 3 friends or relatives living here in manitoba, and he put my husbands name in his application. then just this morning, my husband message me that he received a settlement plan 2. I am super worried at this moment as I am planning to sponsor my parents next year....

Hi. Isn't the rules have changed for 2019 and you have to be eligible for family sizes of each year. It's example 2 for reference when family size increased in last 3 years.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1460&top=14

The rules were different in 2018. Kindly have look and advise!

Thank you for the link. I am in the same boat and it clearly says it does not have to be same for all the years.
It goes from year to year as per Example 2

I have faint memory that they asked about dependents in eoi form by asking these questions
1. How many members in your family
2. How many you intend to sponsor
Some other sharp members may also confirm this???

Yes, on the part where it says Income Requirements (EOI) it goes exactly like this:
1. How many family members are currently in your family unit?
2. How many people do you want to sponsor?

I believe that if there's a discrepancy with the numbers that we put on the EOI vs the paper, it's safe to just make a short explanation letter to correct it. For as long as everything else matches, then it should be okay.

How do you know what you put on EOI? Where can we look at our EOI?
