You need to include an affidavit from both parents and an explanation letter for the reason . If you are from india then notary public have required format for Marriage certificate affidavit. and same for birth certificate.
That would work?

Is it just hope or any previous case that you may know about similar situation and got approved.

thank you...

Well my cousin have already sponsored his parents and they have same issue for missing marriage certificate. They added affidavit.

form IMM 5768e, question 12. Every other family member not listed above and dependent on you financially, whether they are loving whit you or not"?

should I put the details of my 2 kids here ? thanks
Yes, that's what I did.

Well Affidavit is enough if they don't have marriage certificate. My cousin sponsored his parents who do not have Birth certificate and marriage certificates.

In my case we have birth certificates (sponsoring grandparents, so 2 BCs needed) )but not the names of the person and parents. I plan to attach the certificate and provide an explanation letter with additional docs for relationship proof. Any thoughts if this is good enough?

Guys, In Background Deckaration form, it says "I agree that by typing my name, I am electronically signing my application".
We are sending paper application though. Still just typing the name is enough? Or should the PA hand sign it?
It requires hand sign real signature. You need to type (electronically sign) it and actually sign it next to the typed name.

hey you know what? Enough of all the talk about living life to its fullest.

How about you try your luck again and submit an application with payment? After all IRCC has invited you to submit an application. You got the email. So you can apply. There's always a chance. Who knows right? Surely you gotta give it a try otherwise you're not maximizing your chances in life right?

You really should apply! After all if you don't try you won't know for sure! AND.....that's not living life to its fullest according to you.

Walk the talk!

did you receive your email today yet?

Can't we just provide written explanation along with the copy of our passport with Parents name endorsed on the same.

There was one example format give in this thread by a contributor almost a month back. you can scroll back and read it.

I have a similar question; I have notarized and translated statements for my parent's marriage and my birth from a notary in china. It was done 3-4 years ago though; was ready to go for the old courier ways and then got screwed with the past 2 lotteries. Finally; this year was successful

Will those 2 documents satisfy IRCC? Cheers!
P.S - it still irritates me that unqualified jokers get invites; there needs to be a deterrent... be it monetary or blacklisted for a few years by IRCC
